1. Returns Eligibility

- Once the return product's is received, it's be checked and approved within 2-3 business days.
- Condition of Item: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, digital downloads, and opened software cannot be returned.
2. Process for Returns

- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Big Bazar Digital will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at Big Bazar Digital. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following the process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
